Challenge

Park Lane Ala Moana began sales in 2014, and although the collection of ultra-luxury Honolulu condominiums were highly anticipated by Hawaii’s affluent market, the developers knew that a significant number of sales would come from Japan. How could we translate the brand overseas and get wealthy Japanese clients interested in the project?

Solution

We helped to initiate the first sales launch in Tokyo and a second in Honolulu. Our team coordinated a press conference with key members of the development group that was picked up by national news throughout the country. The event was followed by an extravagant cocktail reception bringing a tropical Hawaiian atmosphere to Tokyo Midtown, complete with the “who’s who” of Japanese business and entertainment in attendance.
