When sales for Park Lane Ala Moana began in 2014, it was the most expensive project, on a price per square foot basis, in the history of Honolulu real estate. How could we introduce this new, ultra-luxury residential concept to the Hawaii market in a relevant way?
As a part of a larger integrated marketing program with separate sales launches in both Tokyo and Honolulu, we produced a series of short films that helped to convey the uniqueness of this once-in-a-lifetime real estate opportunity. Each video consisted of interviews from the developers and designers behind the project, as well as lifestyle scenes depicting the unique casual-luxury of living at Park Lane.
