Kahala Avenue is arguably the most prestigious stretch of real estate on Oahu. The developer behind this project came to Ocean Blue with a concept to build six estate-style homes along a stretch of 27 of the avenue’s oceanfront lots. How could we market these yet-to-be-built residences in a way that lived up to the cache of Kahala and justified a $9 to $13 million price tag?
Through focus groups and interviews with the developer, design team, luxury real estate brokers, and long-time residents of Kahala, Ocean Blue started by determining a clear target market. With our focus set on a global, high-net-worth buyer who was looking for a legacy home that would remain in the family for generations to come, we developed insightful messaging that resonated with this caliber of clientele. Then, after naming the project “Kahala By The Sea”, the team went to task to create a logo, lifestyle photography, architectural renderings, a brochure, website, and multiple videos.
